The brothers Perikles- and Stergios Tatsis are third-generation winemakers and is located in the Goumenissa region of Northern Greece. When the Tatsis brothers took over the winery from their father, they aimed to transform it completely with a vision of sustainability. Tatsis Winery became the first in Greece to be certified organic, later earning the biodynamic Demeter certification. This commitment to natural practices has remained their guiding principle, with few producers as dedicated to the craft of natural wine as they are.
